Here’s a list of what we cook on the boat.
entrees
burger
We serve 1/3 lb. patties of grass fed beef, cooked in front of you over a charcoal fired grill. Add cheddar, pepper jack, provolone, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, sriracha, and/or bleu cheese dressing and a kaiser, brioche, sourdough, lettuce wrap, or none of the above.
sausage
Uli’s Famous Sausage is a local phenom. We keep English Style Bangers stocked, but if you want any of their other offerings, just give us a few days’ warning and we’ll get ’em in for you.
grilled cheese
You choose the cheese and bread and we’ll grill it for you. Best accompanied with soup.
ribs
We prepare baby back ribs with Flower of the Flames dry rub then smoke them for six hours and server them with homemade sauce. We need a few days notice to get these ready. Yummy!
nachos
If you’ve never had nachos cooked on a barbecue, you should try it. Cheddar and pepper jack melted over tortilla chips, accompanied by quacamole, sour cream, fresh pico de gallo, hot sauce, jalapeños, and refried beans.
